Courageous Third

Kirsten brings over 30 years of communications and marketing experience to Courageous Third. At the end of 2023, Kirsten left Intel after nearly 21 years, during which she supported various business groups including e-Business, technology development, HR and Legal, Trade and Government Affairs. While at Intel, Kirsten managed a wide range of internal communications/marketing programs supporting employee, manager, and leader development; organizational communications; and diversity programs/events.

In 2023, her work in Legal, Trade and Government Affairs, supported the office of the Chief Legal Officer driving manager capabilities programs as well as organizational communications. This work, along with her advocacy for building Trust & Psychological Safety in the workplace, led her to play a key role in the development of the Intel New Leader Orientation pilot in 2023. 

In early 2020, before the grip of the pandemic, Kirsten started her journey as a prayer warrior under the mentorship of two women, both of whom are fierce prayer warriors. Since then, she has had the privilege of praying with incredible men and women around the globe who continue to grow and inspire her prayer life.

Kirsten resides in Chandler, Arizona, USA, where she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
