Julia Oltmanns serves faith-based organizations as a fractional HR leader through Strategic People Partners. She previously led faith-based programs on the Culture and Care team at Coca-Cola Consolidated, which has a purpose “to honor God in all we do.” She has an employment law background and has specialized in advising on HR matters, employee resource groups, and employee engagement and culture. Her career path changed dramatically when she had the opportunity to create a Christian employee resource group inside the Fortune 500 company where she was serving as Assistant Vice President of Employment law. Since then, she has been committed to helping individuals and organizations integrate faith in the workplace.
