Prayer Team

Join employees from Intel, Bank of America, Microsoft, Grainger, ExxonMobil, Disney...

Prayer is at the very heart and foundation of Courageous Third. We are called as the body of Christ to pray, that we may hear from God and may know Him more fully. Battles are fought and won on our knees lifting up our praise and prayers to the Lord.

And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.  Ephesians 6:18

Below are resources to help your employee group to have powerful, thriving prayer meetings. We also offer prayer meetings led by Courageous Third. If you would like to join one, please see the information below to get started.

Why is Prayer Important?

Jerusalem, Southern Steps, Temple Mount, Pentecost Sunday May 28, 2023

“So, the wall was finished… in 52 days.”  Nehemiah 6:15

The walls of Jerusalem were in ruins for more than 100 years, then were fixed in only 52 days. What took so long?

It required a person of prayer and action! He grieved, he ached, he prayed, he planned, he asked boldly, he went, he fought, he encouraged, he stood strong, and he saw the job through to completion. But he also had people around him with the same kind of heart.

When he saw the need, Nehemiah prayed for four months… and then the actual work took only 52 days
