With 20+ years’ experience leading audit and risk functions of global public companies, Becky most recently served as Senior Director in Internal Audit at PayPal where she also co-founded and co-lead PayPal’s interfaith Employee Resource Group, Believe. Her leadership propelled PayPal to the #3 faith friendly company amongst the Fortune 500 and #1 in Financial Services on the Religious Equity Diversity and Inclusion (REDI) Index. Prior to joining PayPal, she was an ex-pat in Zurich, Switzerland leading the Finance integration of an acquisition. She started her career in external audit with Deloitte and served in progressive Internal Audit roles for several companies thereafter. She holds a Masters and Bachelors in Accountancy from the University of Missouri where she competed in Cross Country and Track.

In November 2014 while on a ski trip to Colorado Becky unexpectedly suffered a series of heart attacks caused by Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection (SCAD) leading to a heart transplant just weeks later. She has since found her calling advocating for freedom of religion and belief, women’s heart health and organ donation. Becky shares her message of transcendent peace and freedom as a speaker at conferences and podcasts, serves on Stanford’s Heart Transplant Patient and Family Advisory Council, and represents Team USA in the Transplant Games.
