Courageous Third

Based in the Arlington, Texas area, Mindy currently serves as the Managing Director and President of Mission Mutual. In this role, she leads a dedicated team helping mission and ministry organizations shift from acting alone to acting in concert with one another toward shared vision and collective impact. Mindy’s experience comes from her past roles at DickersonBakker & Associates, Seed Company and the hospitality industry. She attended Texas Tech University with a focus on Marketing. Mindy possesses a God-given skill set that includes Collective Impact Strategy and Facilitation, Organizational Management, Business Development and Conference Services. Mindy and her husband, Robert, live in Mansfield, Texas, as do their three children and one grandchild.
